How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping to Canada on all orders over $29. 

All orders under $29 is subjected to shipping fees.

Our products get shipped from Canada, United States, UK, France, Australia and China

What is the handling time & estimated delivery dates?

You can expect your orders to arrive within the specific days listed below.

We offer the following services from our fulfillment centers in Canada, United States, UK, France, Australia and China

  • Standard shipping (5 - 10 business days) 
  • Standard shipping (20 – 30 business days) 
  • FedEx Express (5 -15 business days) 
  • We have the shipping options available on the product page.

Once payment gets cleared, we will process your order within 2 business days to get shipped out.

Will I get a confirmation E-mail?

Once you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email of the purchase.  We will keep you updated on the delivery process.   

Will you provide me a tracking number for my orders?

Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number through our carriers.   We will also keep you updated throughout the process.  Please check your spam folder as well.

 What if my product did not arrive on the specified dates?

Please contact our customer service team from your account to track the order from our end.

Do you ship International?

Yes, we ship Internationally to United States, UK and Australia.  

Do you process order on holidays and weekends?

Orders received during holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day.

 

How can I get free shipping under $29?

You can get free shipping by playing our scratch and win discounts.  You can also save by collecting reward points. You must be signed in to your account.

Can I pick up my products at your fulfilment center?

At this time, we do not offer pick ups.  We apologize for the inconvenience. We are online retailer.

Do you offer express shipping options?

We offer express shipping through UPS, CANADA POST, FEDEX AND DHL.  There will be an additional charge to the order.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advice you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Does Thingsy deliver to remote locations in Canada?

We apologize, but at this time we do not ship to remote locations in Canada.
